Dowsers’ Meeting in Cyprus
From 17 to 22 of September 1997 an international seminar in nice town Larnaca / Cyprus / took place. Dowsers, sciencists and journalists from ten countries took part in it. The main topic of the seminar were the geopathic zones and other problems of contemporary dowsing. Chairman of the seminar was Dr. Alexander Dubrov from Russia. The seminar was dedicated to the memory of the famous American dowser Chris Bird. During the seminar newest research on geopathic zones and their negative influence on human health were discussed.

Three dowsers have been distinguished with a medal for their achievments in popularisation of radiesthesia: Alexander Dubrov, Pablo Froelich and Leszek Matela. The participians of the seminar formed an appel of Larnaca to public opinion around the world:
The need for protection against electropagnetic radiations as well as the protection against biochemical polution is one of the most important tasks of mankind. We live under the influence of the electromagnetic fields, and the technical derivation from the radiations of water zones and other anomalies in our environment all the time. According to many investigations on people and animals living and working over water zones and other anomalies cause people to a variety of diseases, which can be prevented. We radiesthesians, dowsers and sciencists who took part in the seminar in Larnaca/Cyprus appeal to the public, politicians and parliaments around the world to understand about the need for protection from noxious earth energies. We have to change the regulations and stop the electromagnetic and geopathatic pollution in our environment, All grounds, on which we want to build hospitals, schools /particulary nursery schools/, homes for the aged and blocks of buildigs and multi-storey houses, should be investigated for the geopathogenic and electromagnetic radiations before the house or building is located. A project for the protection from the harmful earth energies in the building trade regulation is for example now considered in the Polish parliament. We think parliaments around the world should to pass similar bills. Please protect the people in your country against electromagnetic and geopathic pollutions.
The appeal of Larnaca was signed by radiestesians, dowsers and scientists from 10 countries.
