Dowsing Traditions in Poland

Dowsing has got many years of tradition in Poland. The first mentions about it were about Jan Grelich, a blind dowser from Poznan. He has found thieves with the help of his dowsing rod in 1454. Some Polish kings promoted dowsing. Dowser A.Giedro-Podebranski was employed by king Stanislaw August Poniatowski /1764-1795/ to find the deposits of minerals. His dowsing work was successful and very famous in this time. The practice of dowsing was mentioned later, too.

Comtemporary radiesthesia in Poland

Another famous Polish dowsers in the first half of our century are among others : Dr. Radwan Praglowski, Rev. Karol Hübner and Engineer Adam Mossakowki. The first dowsers society in Poland was organized 1971 in Olesno. The famous and the most meritorious radiesthesial organisations in Poland are: Wielkopolskie Stowarzyszenie Różdżkarzy /Greater Poland Society of Dowsers/ from Poznan, Polskie Towarzystwo Psychotroniczne /Polish Psychotronic Society/ and Stowarzyszenie Radiestetów /Society of Radiesthesia/ from Bydgoszcz. Today there are about 25 dowsers organisations in Poland. Each year seminars, conferences and symposia for dowsers are held in the diffrent parts of the country. 14 organisations are grouped in Bydgoszcz Federation of Radiesthesia /Federacja Towarzystw Radiestezyjnych/. The Federation is recently the most active dowsers organisation in Poland. In the last 15 years many books and magazines about radiesthesia have been published. The most famous dowsing magazine in the 90-ties is Almanach Radiestezyjny /Almanach of Radiesthesia/ published in Bydgoszcz.

Scientifical investications in the field of radiesthesia

In the history of dowsing in Poland, after the second world war, there are very important scientifical investigations in the field of radiesthesia. The pioneer of scientifical research of dowsing phenomena in Poland was Zenon Urbański /theory of the geomagnetohydrodynamic energy over the water races/.
Important investigations were made by :

Prof. W. Rotkiewicz /main wavelenght of the global grid’s radiations is 21 cm/,
Prof. L. Radwanowski /investigation of the electromagnetic, accustic and Quasi-Alfven waves over water-courses/,
R. and M. Szul /research of the electromagnetic radiations with the frequency 1420 MHz in the geopathic zones over the water veins/,
Prof. Jerzy Mazurczak /chemoluminescent measurment/ (influcence of the geopathic zones on the photons emission of the salt’s samples)

Electromagnetic polution and the human health

Protection against electromagnetic radiations, beside the protection against biochemical polution is one of the most important tasks of the mankind. We live under influence of the electromagnetic fields /technical derivation and of the water veins/ in our environment all the time. In Poland and in Russia the scientists have discovered how dangerous the electromagnetic pollution for the men in the early sixties and seventies could be. One of the most important discoveries was the work of russian biophysicist Gurvich about communication between cells/ Electromagnetic radiations can disturb this communication/. It can lead to diseases. Polish scientists have discovered the influence of the electromagnetic fields on :

histones in the brain /Sieron, Wesołowski/,
hypothalamus /Manczarski/,
cell memmbranes /Brański, Ludwicka,Szmigielski/,
endocrine glands /Mikołajczyk/

In my opinion we can single out four possible mechanisms of influence of energetic fields on live organisms:

They can influent directly on cell membrane of neurones and that could lead to modifications in case of long time of influence.
The electromagnetic field can influent also on ionic movement. And that leaves a mark on nerve conduction.
The next possibility is direct influence on water that is a content of organism’s cells.
Energetic fields and „weak radiations” can directly influent on iron content of red blood cells (erythrocythes).

The mechanism of geopathic zones’ influence on live creatures is a complex process and can apply to all the hypothesis at the same time.

In the Polish regulations on the field protection against electromagnetic radiations the field intensity can not be over 1 kV per 1m. In the USA the regulations of this intensity is tousand times higher than in Poland. Our aim is to show people how dangerous the electromagnetic radiations could be. We have to change the regulations and stop the electromagnetic pollution in our environment.

Neutralisation of the noxious earth energies in Poland

Neutralisation and protection against dangerous earth energies is the most important task of the contemporary dowsing. For the solution of this problem we need the international cooperation between dowsers and scientists around the world.

In my opinion there are 6 methods of protection against harmful geobiological radiations :

Transformation of this energy&nbps;[e.g. into thermic energy]
Absorption
Reflection
Disperstion /Distraction/
Compensation
other methods [for example by the magnetic polarisation of the stones]

Radiesthesia in the Polish building trade law

The most important for the protection from noxious earth energies are the according regulations. I think about the bilding and architecture trade law and regulation on the field protection of the health agaist geopathic and electromagnetic radiations. We, dowsers and scientists ought to appeal to the public, politicians and parlaments around the world to make such regulations. Protection of buildings from geopathic radiation should begin before the house was located. All grounds, on which we want to build hospitals, schools /particulary nursery schools/, homes for the aged and blocks of buildings and multi-storey homes, should be investigated by the dowsers. My idea is : „No town and country without planning radiesthesial investigation of the geopathic zones.” Our project of protection from the harmful earth energies in the building trade regulation is now considered in the Polish parlament. The lobby for this project is growing and I hope the Polish parlament will pass this bill next year.

I think we should influent on the public opinion and parlaments around the world to pass similar bills. If the house is already built and the inhabitants sleep in the geopathic zones we cannot help much.
